Mines Executive Director
Thabani is a highly accomplished business executive and qualified mining engineer with over 20 years of extensive experience in both surface and underground mining operations. He brings deep expertise across all stages of the mining value chain, consistently driving operational efficiency, process effectiveness, and sustainable shareholder value. Throughout his career, he has gained significant exposure to multiple mineral sectors, including chrome, gold, diamonds, coal, asbestos, granite, platinum, and tin. This diverse experience has equipped him with strong technical, operational, and strategic capabilities to successfully manage complex mining projects from exploration through production and value optimization.
Thabani holds a BSc (Honours) in Mining Engineering, a Postgraduate Diploma in Business Administration, and a Certificate in Project Planning and Management. His academic background, combined with his practical industry experience, provides a solid foundation in both technical mining disciplines and executive business leadership.
Finance Director
Kuburat is a banker, a chartered and experienced accountant, and a member of the Institute of Taxation of Nigeria. She is a holder of a Masters in Business Administration and has 22+ years in retail, commercial, and corporate banking. Expertise in Operations, Client Relations, and Sales. Kuburat is leveraging on her extensive experience and expertise in finance, with proven track records in leading teams to achieve strategic business objectives and drive financial performance through effective planning and business development strategies.
HR/Admin
Mr. Lagbe is a versatile human resource and administrative practitioner with over 24 years of cognate experience in general corporate strategic resource management, governance, and entrepreneurship. He is a holder of an MBA and M.Sc. in Business Administration, a chartered resource manager and practitioner. He is currently responsible for administration of human resource activities to enhance capability and improve the overall objectives of the organisation.
Company Secretary
Deborah Austin is a legal practitioner whose expertise encompasses a comprehensive range of critical corporate compliance functions, including minute and report preparation, statutory drafting, meeting notices and resolutions, corporate filing, statutory register maintenance, and statutory compliance advisory. She holds a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.), a B.L. from the Nigerian Law School, and is an active member of the Nigerian Bar Association and the Institute of Chartered Mediators and Conciliators.
